    Job Description

    1. Strategic Business Alignment:
      • Collaborate with regional leadership to understand business goals and objectives.
      • Translate business strategies into HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
      • Align HR practices with regional and global company goals.
    2. Talent Management:
      • Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
      • Work closely with leadership to identify critical skills and competencies, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
      • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
    3. Performance Management:
      • Implement performance management processes that align with business objectives.
      • Provide guidance to leadership on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
      • Drive initiatives to recognize and reward high performance.
    4. Organizational Development:
      • Partner with leaders to assess and address organizational needs, ensuring agility and adaptability.
      • Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational initiatives.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
    • Exposure working within a Manufacturing Industry with various Multinational Organizations.
    • Strong understanding of regional labor laws and regulations.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic HR initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
