- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
- Exposure working within a Manufacturing Industry with various Multinational Organizations.
- Strong understanding of regional labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
