    Job Description

  • This position will report to the Production Manager.
  • Responsible for assisting the Production Manager with day to day operations of the department
  • Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.
  • Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
  • Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees.
  • Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
  • Analyse overall budget and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure On Time In Full implementation of Innovation Projects
  • Provide direction to downline in planning and executing assigned projects.
  • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the processes; observing control points;monitoring
    personnel and resources, resolving scheduling conflicts; developing reporting procedures and systems
  • Organize trainings to improve technical skills of department staffs.
  • Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) duties and policies.
  • Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
  • Provide necessary support to all departments in closing out internal corrective actions in order to continually improve process and product capability, reduce cycle times and reduce costs
  • Provide hands-on ownership in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the various elements of the site quality systems including change control, investigations and corrective action/ preventive action (CAPA), internal audits, etc.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Taking accountability of the effectiveness of QMS.
  • Take full accountability to develop process and monitor to achieve target of department KPI
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical,Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.
  • Qualifications include Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
    i) Minimum 7 years working in related field.
    ii) For those with Diploma ceritificate, must possess more than 12 years experience in relevant field
    iii) Troubleshooting and problem solving & Leadership Skills
    iv) Communication and presentation; Multitasker, initiative taker and team player
