Job summary

As an AGPS Change Request Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the stable compliant and predictable operation of Asahis global procurement platforms providing senior level application support while managing controlled system changes that enable business needs without compromising operational stability.


Responsibilities

  • Own end to end Change Request management including impact analysis configuration support testing deployment and closure.
  • Provide L2/L3 application support for procurement platforms acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Lead problem management root cause analysis coordinating permanent fixes preventative actions with IT teams vendors
