    Primary Objective:
  • To support Premier Centers in delivering superior customer experience and service by working closely with Premier Relationship Managers with service requests, sales documentation and attending to customers in the Premier Center,
  • To assist Premier Centers in reaching out to Premier customers who are under-served and customers from the vacant Premier port.
  • To Support cross-selling initiatives as well as Premier events.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve Premier Clients' experience by providing service and regular Premier updates on campaigns and product launches to the vacant port of respective Premier Center's customer base.
  • Provide strong support to Premier Relationship Managers and Premier Relationship Directors in sales activities such as pre/post sales appointments, checking of forms and follow ups on potential requirements to ensure completion of submission.
  • Able to present Premier Propositions, campaigns and all deposit and asset products related to Premier segment to our Premier customers in a professional manner.
  • Attend to walk-in and regular clients by providing good customer experience. Responsible on overall client service delivery as part of the Premier service champion
  • Ensure smooth process flow in Premier fees charges for better customer's experience - Maintain and keep track on list of customers for Premier fees deduction to improve customer's satisfaction and reimbursements within TAT.
  • Cross selling credit cards, PCA, MCA Debit Card, FD and Bancassurance
  • Attend and support Premier events in areas such as merchandises and RSVP listing
  • Other duties assigned by Premier Center Manager relevant to branch operations from time to time

    Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer sales and/or branch operations

  • Articulate and has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service oriented and sales driven
  • Proficient in MS Office and Work
