    Job Scope
    The position is responsible to drive the success of the channel to meet the performance target. This includes telemarketing initiatives roll out, performance measurement and review.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Driving performance

  • To be responsible to monitor telemarketing performance and execute improvement plans with bank partners.
  • Performance driving include selling skills training, sales campaign planning, performance analysis and others.
  • To have knowledge of telemarketing industry practice in terms of sales processes, products, campaigns and others.
  • Channel setup

  • To be the key person to lead the setup of channel and to work closely with bank partner, call centers and internal stakeholders.
  • Tasks including gathering requirements of sales file format, operation process flow, governance requirement, pre-sale and post-sale journey.
  • To ensure compliance and governance matters are adhered, including legal documents, internal approvals, due diligence and others.
  • To liaise with vendors or 3rd party providers, on related tasks by following internal protocols and processes
  • Project delivery

  • To be the key liaison with Bank partner, with regards to discussions of telemarketing initiatives or issues. To project manage and to provide checkpoint updates as per targeted timeline.
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders, and to monitor the roll out of the telemarketing product and initiatives. Internal stakeholders including Operations team, Product team, Pricing team, Legal team and others.
  • To collaborate with internal teams within Partnerships Distribution, by providing strategies and directions for the teams to execute tasks or requests. Internal teams including Training team, Business Planning team, Governance team and others.
  • Resolving issues

  • To address matters with bank partner and internal stakeholders, including operations issues, claims, complaint handling and others.
  • To chair meeting by involving respective internal and external stakeholders, able to drive discussions to identify root cause of problems, impact, recommended solutions and timeline.
  • Other matters

  • Any other matters or tasks that may be required from time to time.
  • JOB SPECIFICATION

    Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree with successful track records
  • Prior telemarketing experience of proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience in similar capacity.
  • Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical thinking, and results oriented.
  • Meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Business planning and project management background would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, writing, research, presentation, interpersonal skills.
