    Job Description

  • Support maintenance, sustain, & process teams for machine or process design change.
  • Study, generate and execute design change/modification work on the sub-assembly / assembly integration for process and equipment improvement.
  • Work with vendor for machine improvement projects.
  • Generate any document related to equipment change.
  • Lead & perform installation, set up and qualification.
  • Work with equipment engineer to generate or revise skill matrix training package to improve engineering knowledge of sustenance / maintenance team.
  • Carry out assigned task to ensure the quality of product, and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injury, and ill health.
  • Liaise with various teams for machine down time planning for any improvement project related tasks.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • PREFERRED:

  • Proficiency in computer programing or networking.
  • 4-5 years working experience.
  • Both Internal or External
  • SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and concepts relevant to the specific field (, Electrical Engineering, IT Networking, Computer Programing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Flexibility in adjusting to new technologies and methodologies.
