Job Description:

Lead end-to end special projects by applying data-driven models to define, size and solve any operational challenges to support strategic objectives
Utilise data analytics tools to generates financial reports and dashboards from Big Data, and present actionable insights to management team for its decision making on strategic short-term and long-term goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes for cost optimisation, value creation and process efficiency enhancement
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of business trends, industry benchmarks and competitive landscape
Partner with Operation team, to plan, manage and control operations costs and understand operational drivers impacting actual results
Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders from both Regional and Local teams, including functional leaders, process owners and management teams

Requirements:

Recognised Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related fields
Working experience in strategy/financial planning and analysis, preferably in the e-Commerce, logistics, consulting or related industries
Proficiency in SQL would be an advantage
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills
Strong team player, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present financial information to stakeholders
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
