    What Does a Multimedia Designer Do

    Create visually stunning and engaging multimedia content across various platforms. As a Multimedia Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute design solutions that align with our client's brand identity and objectives.

    This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of visual communication.

    TLDR: Design and create visuals + shoot and edit short-form videos

    You should be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and an active presence on social media. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates eager to enter the advertising world.

    IMPORTANT: We will evaluate candidates based on their portfolios. Please include them.

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 30-minute physical interview at our co-working space.

    Working Arrangement

    We operate on a three-day-in-office and two-day-at-home schedule from a co-working space in SS15, Subang Jaya.

    You will be required to travel for videography when needed and will be reimbursed.

    Job Requirements:

    • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, mock-ups, and storyboards.
    • Short-Form Video Production: Produce and edit social media videos for promotions, tutorials, and presentations, collaborating on scripting and storyboarding.
    • Content Development: Understand creative brief and generate suitable content ideas. Requires collaboration with the accounts team to develop creative strategies and proposals.
    • Brand Consistency: Enforce consistent brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring uniform design elements, colour schemes, and messaging.
    • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as a team player, collaborating with project managers, copywriters, and creative strategists to meet project objectives. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.

    General Requirements:

    • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
    • Adaptability to lean startup culture and willingness to take on various responsibilities.
    • Creative thinking skills and imagination for generating disruptive ideas.
    • Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages or dialects is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse multimedia projects.
    • Excellent communication skills. Deadline-driven and collaborative.
