    Global Operations Senior Analyst

    Introduction:
    We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is looking to make a large impact by collaborating well with others. The
    Global Operations Senior Analyst will be fully dedicated, and accountable operations support resource for our global Partner Ecosystem & Alliances team focused on elevating our responsiveness, support, and accountability in this area. You will monitor, respond and orchestrate to all inbound emails and requests coming to is our internal communication portal for executive level questions, requests and issues.

    What You'll Do:Partner Ecosystem


    • Manage potential partnership requests (external and internal) and orchestrate cross business unit
    • Work with legal to drive agreements execution and ensure compliance
    • Partner training and certification orchestration
    • Manage key partner material update and release
    • Orchestrate partner investment
    • Front desk management
    • Partner portal deal registration support
    • Provide guidance and consultation on overall partner formation lifecycle to ensure rigor and compliance
    • Industrialize our sales tagging process to provide accurate reporting to stakeholders
    Alliances

    • Help facilitate the Microsoft governance process, coordination, Legal compliance actions
    • Facilitate rhythm of the business calls with Microsoft related to Partner center
    • Manage Microsoft Investment, Influence and Incentive programs
    • Manage Microsoft systems and 'Co-Sell' activities to connect Avanade and Microsoft sellers across the country
    • Work with the sales team to support sales efforts by leveraging various Microsoft programs, providing thought leadership on incentive structure, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients and Microsoft
    • Work with client representatives and stakeholders to schedule, coordinate and navigate escalations with Microsoft as needed
    • Assist the Alliances organization in understanding process bottlenecks and recommend process refinement to improve and document processes
    • Support with all aspects of Avanade Alliances Operations

    Skills and Experiences:

    • Strong analytical problem-solving ability
    • Demonstrated success in a customer service-oriented environment
    • PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint knowledge

    • This position requires knowledge of Japanese language and culture
