    Role: Finance Manager

    We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Department Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities within the organization. This includes payment transactions, preparing full financial reports, managing accounts, creating annual financial statements, and budgeting. The Finance Department Manager plays a key role in ensuring the financial stability and compliance of the company.

    The Key responsibilities will include:

    • Prepare and analyse full financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax
    • Provide expert guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies.
    • Manage the creation and maintenance of management accounts, offering insights into the financial performance of the organization.
    • Collaborate with department heads to analyse budget vs. actual performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Ensure financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Manage payment processing, including vendor payments, payroll, and expense reimbursements.
    • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning to support the organization's growth and objectives.

    Key Skillsets and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Accountant.
    • Working experience in Singapore is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
