- Prepare and analyse full financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax
- Provide expert guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of management accounts, offering insights into the financial performance of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyse budget vs. actual performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Manage payment processing, including vendor payments, payroll, and expense reimbursements.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning to support the organization's growth and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Accountant.
- Working experience in Singapore is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
