    Description
    Job Responsibilities


    • Responsible in scoping and managing workshops & proof of concept such as product positioning against competitive solutions.
    • Responsible to manage and address queries of proposed solutions to Asia Pacific rep office's clients.
    • Responsible to attend tender, and engaged with customers on technical discussion including clarification in RFI/RFP
    • Responsible for functional/business requirements gathering and analysis during delivery phase.
    • Work closely with customer for product roadmap and map business requirements to baseline functionalities, perform gap analysis and provide solution for customer's business requirements.
    • Active participation along with solution/technical team in the activities involving functional design, technical design, configuration analysis, support test strategy/plan/process and training plan.
    • Able to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standard.
    • Mentoring & Provides business & technical sales support to Presales Team Members.
    Position Requirements


    • Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Familiar with Telecommunication BSS E2E Architecture & Business Processes including knowledge of Digital Economy
    • Minimum 3 years in IT/Communication and Telecommunication (CT) working experience.
    • Working experience in consulting role in CRM/Billing/IN/Call Center/BI/SAP. Candidate with telecom experience is preferred.
    • Must have a very good knowledge of Telco CRM or Billing products as well as clear understanding of the Business Support System of the telecommunication industry.
    • Good understanding in TMForum (eTOM), TOGAF.
    • Experience in at least 2 Telco CRM or Billing Project life cycles. Skills needed include business requirements gathering and analysis and good understand of CRM or Billing features.
    • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and interact internally/externally involving people with diversified cultural backgrounds.
    • Willing to travel frequently in Asia Pacific Region countries.
