Responsibility and Task

Site Champion for FMEA and Quality control Plan

• Lead organization product and process risk assessment, control plan and ensure meeting customer requirements and industry standard
• Lead and conduct frequent Line verification based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 :2016 with FMEA core team- members including engineering and manufacturing to ensure all processes are being implemented and reflected accordingly.
• Coordinate FMEA review. Drive FMEA team in identifying high risk, strategize the priority and define vital improvements action and follow up until closure.
• Site representative as SME to global/corporate team and sister plants in ensuring all requirements are well interpreted, communicated and deployed at site.
• Ensured product quality and in-process compliance in-order to achieve and drive team for continuous improvement program meeting quality critical metric and achieve better quality satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Publish internal FMEA/QCP documents and share out with FMEA core team members.
• Collaborating with operations and engineering team to develop and implement controls and improvements.

2. Support & Deploy FMEA Projects and Standards

• Assist in supporting changes determined by the business that impact activities and procedures at sites which are related to FMEA/QCP.
• Provide guidance to site process owners where there potentially may be risk at the site with delivering the outputs of the process and/or activity.
• Provide support if issues arise with an activity or procedure at the site. Work closely with the site SME and communicate to core team the status of issue resolution.
• Support and assist in any audit activities such as Internal Audit, Customer Audit, Certification audit, and product compliance audit.
• Resolve if a change needs to be made in the process, activity or procedure so the issue is eliminated.
• Serve as a local contact along with site process stewards for post deployment support on activity and procedure changes.

Support Improvement of the Quality Management System through assessment and sharing standard methodologies and participating in quality improvement projects

Competencies Requirements:

• Master / Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related Engineering
• Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
• Basic Knowledge in Quality Management System and Quality and basic Quality related tools (FMEA, DOE, FDC/APC, DATA ANALYSIS)
• Basic knowledge of quality control, engineering, production, lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 and statistical methods and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with positive attitude towards working as a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently, great teammate with good communication and interpersonal skill
