    Job Details

    Location: Livingston Tower, George Town, Penang
    Shift: 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm (5 working days)

    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver prompt customer support to the gamers via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Analyze and report game's malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
    • Gather gamer's feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators

    Qualifications:
    • Fluent in both English, and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
    • Passion in Games is preferred (Mobile Game, PC Game, etc)
    • Willing to work rotational shift
    • Open to relocating to Penang
