Basic Salary:RM 14 per hour

Contract duration: 2 months contract under PERSOLKELLY

Working Hours: 5 days work per week, 8 hours per day, schedule & shift subject to store requirement (Morning / Afternoon shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized service to meet their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of companyproducts, including clothing, accessories, and fragrances, to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
• Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to drive sales by recommending products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining accurate stock levels on the sales floor to meet customer demands.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the companybrand image through professional appearance, demeanor, and adherence to brand guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent qualification
• Working experience in sports retail/fashion/apparel or experience in customer service & selling Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Good team player, proactive and willing to learn attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.

Candidate MUST BE able to work during throughwhole contract period.
