    Creative Visions Group Sdn. Bhd. is a leading advertising agency for clinics such as dentists, physio's, medspa & chiropractors dedicated to providing high-quality treatments to patients across the region for our clients.

    We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Klang Valley. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in pre-qualifying patients for treatments and collecting deposits on behalf of the clinics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct pre-qualification calls to assess the eligibility and interest of potential patients for dental or health care treatments.
    • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the clinic's services and treatment plans to prospective patients.
    • Educate potential patients about the benefits of our client's treatments and address any inquiries or objections they may have.
    • Assist patients in understanding the deposit collection process and coordinate with our financial department for seamless payment transactions.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with potential patients to maximise conversion rates.
    • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, inquiries, and outcomes using our CRM software.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and practitioners to optimise patient conversion rates and ensure a positive patient experience.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
    • Malay & English Speaking
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive approach.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential patients.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
    • Strong objection handling skill.

    Full training will be provided in regards with clinic treatments & offers however you shall have 2-3 years of experience in the sales industry.

    Do note this is a hybrid role based in Klang Valley. You'll be required to attend our offices situated in Klang Valley as deemed necessary however the majority of this role will be done remotely.
