- Credit Card and Debit Card products P&L and key business drivers management including new account acquisition, growth and market share penetration.
- Manage cross-sell to existing and new customers with full business view from sales volume growth, revenue growth, portfolio growth, expense management, customer retention and credit quality.
- Review and formulate and execute pricing strategies to enhance profitability against cost of fund, operational expense and cost of credit.
- Drive quality portfolio working with risk team to target on qualified and profitable segments.
- Optimize the channel effectiveness by working closely with sales channels and expanding digital acquisition channel/platforms with high self-service ratio.
- Explore and realize product feature/process improvement for the purpose of managing risk as well as enhancing customer experience.
- Manage execution of product programs/campaigns, working closely with stakeholders across the organization including legal, compliance, operations, credit and distribution
- Collaborate with team members of 4-5 individuals to achieve the overall departmental goals in product, marketing and to meet the top line KPI.
- Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders such as Branch Sales, Telemarketing, Direct Sales, Finance, Compliance, PMO etc. to achieve the overall business profitability.

- Degree holder in Business Management
- At least 5 to 10 years working experience, preferably from financial service institutions or MNC.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy with direct exposure to execution of tactics in a business-to-business marketing environment.
- Evidence strong leadership skills and attributes, a high level of energy and integrity, speaks up and pushes back, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and is not afraid of accountability and responsibility.
- Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization.
- Capable of navigating in dynamic and complex organization environments. Oriented towards execution and can execute through ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications and presentations.
- Ability to think strategically and execute quality output under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels (business, field, servicing, executives, peer and staff.
