- Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients and handle payment.
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars.
- Maintain and update client records and pet information in the practice management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room and designated areas.
- Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements and grooming items
- Provide basic information to clients regarding clinic services and pet care.
- Minimum a SPM level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client interactions with professionalism.
- Comfortable working with animals.
