About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in building and strengthening the marketing function within the recruitment and talent landscape across APAC.
You will research competitor best practices, translate insights into strategy, design impactful marketing materials, create compelling content, and manage digital platforms.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your ideas and execution will directly shape the company's brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry competitors to identify best marketing practices
- Manage website design, updates, and hosting coordination
- Develop digital marketing content (graphics, copywriting, campaigns)
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Build and strengthen both company and personal branding
- Oversee internal marketing and communication initiatives
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimise campaigns
