    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic in-house production team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality creative content.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and production itself. You should also have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creativity. They will collaborate seamlessly with various departments, including creative, logistics, and technical teams, to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the day-to-day production process including allocating resources and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
    • Responsible for developing, managing and planning budgets, logistics and project timelines
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, writers, production crew, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure necessary materials and services for projects.
    • Maintain high standards of creative output by conducting regular reviews and quality assessments.
    • Liaise with clients / managers to understand objectives, expectations and thoroughly understand project requirements.
    • Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Film, TV production, broadcasting, multimedia, communications or a related field is required.
    • 8-12 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a comparable role.
    • In-depth knowledge of production and a solid understanding of quality standards.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Wide network of industry contacts is preferred but optional.
    • Knowledge of local laws and regulations including safety regulations, insurance, contracts, and labor laws.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
