    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Work and support with your team leader to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow this business unit.
    • Able to pitch to customers and do sales closing processes.
    • Build good relationship with customers and ensure fulfilment been delivered.
    • Strong follow up with prospects to get the sales.
    • Connect with suppliers and hotels to organize high quality events and workshops.
    • Manage all stages of the event management.
    • Provide support and work closely with speakers, trainers and coaches to ensure events are delivered to company's standard and client's satisfaction.
    • Provide customer support for pre-event and post-event related activities.
    • Responsible for achieving individual and team performance KPIs, goals and targets.
    • Prepare regular reporting on activities, achievements and results to the management.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills in written & spoken in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage

    • Multi-tasking and excel under pressure.
    • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
    • Minimum 1 year in marketing, event or related experience.
    • Experience in training industry is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience in handling Zoom/Microsoft On-line training is a plus point
    • Must possess own transport.
    • Willing to travel, work on weekends and long hours when required.
