    About the Role

    There are three key objectives of this position:

    1)Ensure Group Treasury Infrastructure remains fit for purpose and support the continued development of new solutions to support cash forecasting and liquidity analytics.
    2)Manage the delivery of on-going support models for Group Treasury Infrastructure.
    3)Engage within and contribute to Group-led projects as change agent.

    A key role in the unit, the future incumbent will provide project management support and lead different strategic initiatives as part of our holistic transformation program over the next years.

    The role will also be responsible for oversight, coordination, and successful execution of interdisciplinary projects and will interface with cross-functional project leaders and project teams, acting as the central point of contact for any topics related to transformation initiatives.

    Group Treasury Infrastructure Support:

    Assist with any required implementation and oversee the support models and delivery of on-going upgrades or maintenance for Group Treasury systems, including but not limited to:

  • Treasury Data Mart ("TDM")
  • MS Power BI
  • MS Power Apps - Group Treasury workflows: Treasury Request System ("TRS") Capital AAMP FX Workflow
  • SWIFT
  • SAP (Cash Management and Bank Communication Management modules)
  • Bloomberg Liquidity Assessment ("LQA")

    • Projects and Transformation:

  • Elicit, analyze and articulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the delivery of Treasury solutions, using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate within Group Treasury Operations, Local Business Unit ("LBU") Treasury teams, MYOSS and Group IT and other key stakeholders to review, capture and validate 'as is' and 'to be' Treasury operations matters in support of delivery of business and technology solutions and change management.
  • Gather and produce timely the user requirements, ensuring they are clear and concise, continually refined with appropriate acceptance criteria and are well understood by all relevant parties (e.g., user, developers, stakeholders, etc).
  • Support with the preparation of business cases and analytics use cases as required for the project in collaboration with Group Office and Business Units.
  • Develop and maintain all strong working relationships across the Group Treasury and Project teams to understand the desired end user experience to support the design and implementation of changes to work practices, processes (including Governance), and systems.
  • Perform process, system and data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis, interdependency analysis, root cause analysis or any other project analysis as required to ensure quality of project delivery.
  • Deliver project documentation such as business solution design, implementation plans, communication plans and adhoc analysis.
  • Participate and facilitate planning of project deliverables including data conversion, user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Serves as a facilitator for improved performance across all project workstreams.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
