A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Test Lead, System Analyst-TCOE to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur Company.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
  
• At least 4 years of working experience in the software industry.
  
• Certified Tester Foundation Level.
  
• Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
  
• Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting of test results.
  
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to address potential issues during testing.
  
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts across various testing levels.
  
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
