    Description

    Role Overview

    This role involves managing the monthly incentive and commission compilation, ensuring data accuracy and payout in a timely manner. This role is also responsible on tracking and perform analysis on incentive and commission ensure that it's within the budget. Additionally, this role will be coordinating with stakeholders and assisting line manager with administrative tasks related to incentive and commission.

    This role is also responsible on the administrative tasks related to National Sales and Customer Service Center (Call Center & Tele Sales). This position will need attend to operational related issues as well as reporting tasks such as updating daily sales tracking, monthly call lists update, monthly complaints tracking. This role will need to work closely with key stakeholders, constantly engaging them to ensure tasks are on track and complete in timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Compile and track incentive for total Singapore (Area Sales, SMH, BW, Vending & NSC) ensuring accuracy and timeliness in incentive reporting and payout submissions.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs, providing insights to improve their efficiency and impact on sales productivity for total Singapore.
    • Compile and analyze on the productivity metrics of SG Area Sales team, helping optimize their performance and achieve sales goals.
    • Manage and maintain the master call lists of NSC, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
    • Monitor and manage the budget allocated for incentives, ensuring compliance with financial targets for total Singapore.
    • Manage and track daily sales reporting for NSC sales performance and communicating this to stakeholders effectively.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners, to gather and communicate critical information.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
    • At least 3 years of sales administrative experience, preferably with Sales Support background.
    • Proficient in computer skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
    • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Team player and able to work with different level of people.
    • Commitment to 1-year contract role.
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred
