- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting
- Organise training for Vendors, Distributors and Customers
- Confident to conduct presentation & product demonstration to customers.
- Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior
- Diploma/ degree in Engineering is a must preferably electrical-trained
- At least 4-5 years relevant Sales experience in a relevant segment/industry
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who thrive on the challenge of acquiring new clients
- Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product
- Excellent communicator and team player
- High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
- Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure
- Required to travel within Malaysia and in the region on requirement basis
- Good English fluency
