    The HRSC Representative Senior is responsible for providing support to employees, managers, HR and payroll colleagues. The support is provided in a timely and professional manner. The HRSC Representative Senior uses different systems, has good communication skills, thorough knowledge of company benefits, HR policies, procedures and programs. HRSC Representative Senior supports all HR processes such as onboardings, changes and terminations of employees and contingent workers. HRSC Representative maintains employee records according to the legal requirements and provides support with audit. Maintains effective communication with other team members within the HRSC.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a first point-of-contact for current and former employees - answer questions on HR policies and/or processes, provides required documentation
    • Onboarding activities – from acceptance of offer to 1 st day induction (offer/contract preparation, background checks, communication with the candidate – onboarding activities; first day expectations, orientation session, communication with the manager on the new hire)
    • Communicate with the stakeholders by email, phone or in person. Treats all stakeholders with respect, understanding and sensitivity, in line with the HRSC standards.
    • Serve as an escalation point for HRSC Representative level I and level II on complex cases such as employee relations etc.
    • Engage with the appropriate stakeholders for the resolution of complex cases
    • Provide timely and accurate information to employees by clarifying issues, researching answers, and escalating unresolved problems
    • Works closely with the payroll department and subject matter experts in HR to troubleshoot and resolve employee problems
    • Follow through to ensure that each case is fully resolved
    • Utilizes the different HR systems to answer employee questions
    • Documents all emails, calls, and walk-ups in real-time within the HR Service Center's case management software application
    • Provide support, coaching and training to HRSC Representative I and II as needed to ensure proper understanding and execution of HRSC activities
    • Pro-actively identify opportunities for processes, policies and procedures improvements. Engage and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders across HR & other function (e.g. HRBPs, CoEs, Payroll, IT, etc.) to drive the appropriate agreed changes
    • Maintain employee records (both manually and electronically), acting as a 'system administrator' for the HR system.
    • Engage with the appropriate stakeholders for the resolution of complex cases, comes up with solution options based on their knowledge and experience
    • Builds in-depth country/regional knowledge of labor law and working rules (including visa requirements, attendance and absence management, legal requirements for probation and notice periods and more).
    • Provide benefit support - Communicate with the CEOs or provider directly to resolve issues. Employee support in solving their questions and finding solution. Responsible for complex cases and decision making
    • Leads Induction trainings, system trainings and new process trainings to the employees, managers and the rest of HR and payroll colleagues.
    • Provide internal / external audit support, e.g. collection and preparation of supporting documents
    • Participates in projects across HR organization
    • Assists stakeholders with project management support. The support will vary based on stakeholder or the project. It could be a one-off project or ongoing initiatives. May create project documentation from scratch with oversight from stakeholder. Schedules/coordinates intake meetings with stakeholder to understand scope of project.
    • Develop content and policy as needed (PowerPoint presentations, process design, policy etc.) with oversight from stakeholder.
    Qualifications:
    • Requires a HS diploma or GED; Associate's degree a plus
    • Minimum 4 years of previous experience, of which minimum 2 years in HR environment required. Experience in TA, Benefits, customer service is a plus.

    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
    • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to develop a rapport with employees via email, over the phone and in person
    • Ability to independently execute an action plan following documented policies and procedures
    • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
    • Ability to assess employee issues and apply the appropriate procedure, policy or define the appropriate escalation points
    • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
