    The opportunity

    The Talent Payroll and Benefits Senior Associate role provides exceptional support and effective delivery on employee Payroll management and benefit program implementation for the whole organisation. As part of the Talent Payroll & Benefit team, you'll build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders across our complex business environment. Understanding our business directions and challenges and implementing various strategies will stretch your horizons.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible to day-to-day full spectrum of employee payroll, benefits and insurance operations administration functions.
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and review processed payroll in an efficient, accurate and payout in timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal and external control and audit.
  • Ensure compliance with all related statutory bodies' requirements.
  • Manage employee's payroll on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
  • Assist in mass annual review letters preparation.
  • As liaison officer in relation to employee insurance matters on billing, insurance premium with appointed insurance brokers
  • Responsible on the reporting of employee enrolment, deletion for group insurance plan.
  • Attend to payroll and benefits related queries, processes, and issues as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties or projects as assigned.
  • Experiences in flexHRMS would be an added advantage.

  • A degree qualification
  • Preferably with minimum 2 to 3 years hands-on employee payroll processing, benefits and insurance operations administration experiences.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Good analytical ad reporting skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong in communication both written and spoken
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Hands-on payroll processing, statutory and system knowledge
  • A good understanding of the full payroll cycle
