Description

• Shipment arrangement with market dept. including import/export by sea, air & land.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Coordinate transportation operations with forwarders including inquiries, booking, etc.
• Prepare all shipping reports including monthly statement LMW, customs form, raw statement, sales, sub-con and others.
• Dealing with all import/export documentation/permit/form and ensuring IT is fully accurate.
• Handle license renewal, exemption applications, and government agencies approval.
• Liaison with government agency officers for customs and shipping-related issues.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
  
  

• High School / Diploma or Professional Certificate.
• Preferably Degree in Business / Management / Logistics or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years' experience in the LMW industry, with experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Computer literate, self-motivated & with a high degree of responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Entry Software.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
