- Handle daily incoming and outgoing communication including sales related e-mail and telephone inquiries.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- To attend to customer requests in a timely manner and process proactively at a stipulated time.
- Be able to work in a teamwork environment in conflict of resolution and interacting with people from various department within the Company.
- Dealing with customer complaints and responding complaints from customer and give after sales support when requested.
- Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers including operational issues, documentation issues, invoices queries etc.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignment from the superior.
