    Description

    Job Description:

    • To conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Cross Border business
    • Collaborate and coordinate across regional and local stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor performance of the Cross Border marketing campaigns, including the Marketing team, Operations team, Payments team, Seller Management Teams based in Asia and other enabling functional teams
    • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
    • Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns, including conducting necessary checks during key campaign live dates
    • Initiates and executes process reviews and improvements
    • Perform analysis and performance reporting relating to the marketing campaigns initiatives where required
    • Have a deep understanding of market landscape, buyer behaviour, and plan effective solution and growth initiatives for business performance

    Requirements:

    • At least 1-3 years of work experience. Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and project management will be advantageous
    • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
    • Displays ownership over one's work, successes and mistakes. Accountable and responsible for all tasks and deliverables
    • Thorough, attentive to details, highly organized, resourceful and proactive, a critical thinker, and has a growth mindset
    • Strong competency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for presentations and analysis
