- Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations of daily cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable/payable, processes invoices, records payments, tracking expenses and all other accounting-related activities.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconciliation of accounts.
- Issue invoices and resolve invoice and statement discrepancies.
- Cross-checked with corresponding invoices to ensure the accuracy of billing.
- Manage SST Return preparation & submission.
- Ensure data in the system is accurate and posted correctly for the daily receivable process. Handling all software-related activities.
- Monitoring and ensuring the filling and documentation are done systematically.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- In charge of withholding tax & submission.
- Maintain & record company fixed assets.
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent for audit and tax filing. Liaison with banker, Company Secretary, suppliers and customers, and government authority for any work-related matters.
- Prepare ad hoc/additional reports, data analyses or summaries as and when requested by management, customers, auditors & etc.
- Develop & enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate reporting & compliance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well in a team.
- Able to work under tight deadlines & in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, and General Math Skills.
