    JR46790 Sourcing Risk & Compliance Program Manager
  • Represent and support the Responsible Minerals program for Micron including Strategic development, program design and deliverables, Metrics, etc.
  • Support the develop or creation the annual CMR to the SEC
  • Help or support Responsible Minerals process escalations. Ensure accountability and resolution of issues that are raised through the process.
  • Manage the CMRT Master Tracker and ensure its accuracy from CMRTs provided by suppliers.
  • Help to manage all reporting templates received from suppliers.
  • Provide support in communicating Responsible Minerals related updates to customers.
  • Work with sustainability team to ensure overall Responsible Minerals compliance and customer communications.
  • Support the compliance of Global Procurement to established internal due diligence policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance of Micron suppliers to applicable compliance policies and procedures concerning Procurement and supplier engagement. (, reporting templates)
  • Partner with Corporate Functions (Procurement, Legal and Trade Compliance) to design and implement compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas and design effective controls based on those assessments.
  • Drive supplier accountability through both partnership and enforcement of corrective actions
  • Support the culture of continuous improvement in the procurement global compliance processes and tools. Focus to be on enforcement of policies and procedures and increased employee awareness.
  • Participate in the various RMI working teams.
  • Support the internal Micron Executive Team governance program to ensure strategic direction, operational oversight, internal executive-level communications, external customer communications, formal Corp. Communication design and oversight, etc.
  • Support internal and external procurement audits and reporting (sustainability, Form SD)
  • Conduct or support training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations regarding the RM program.
  • Support global Compliance communications efforts.
  • Ensure that Responsible Mineral program policies, procedures and metrics are updated to reflect current processes or practices.
