Description
Administering onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Coordinating performance appraisal processes and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Managing employee documentation and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to expatriate employment.
  • Liaising with the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and other relevant government agencies such as JTK, JPP, and MOHR to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Assisting expatriate employees with relocation and settlingin processes, including accommodation arrangements and cultural orientation.
  • Managing office facilities and supplies to ensure a conducive working environment.
  • Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assisting expatriate employees with relocation and settlingin processes, including accommodation arrangements and cultural orientation.
  • Undertake any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
