- Produce sketches and quick iterations.
- Create compelling visual concepts of characters, props and environments from scripts, existing references or developed from scratch that can be translated to 3D.
- Work closely with the Art Director to establish the tone, ambiance and overall artistic direction of the project.
- Refine the designs in response to feedback and incorporate constructive input to align with the direction of the project.
- Find the balance that enhances creative expression within the practical limitations of the project.
- Minimum of an art-related Bachelor's diploma and has at least 2 years working experience in animation industry.
- A portfolio demonstrating versatile concept design skill.
- Excellent skill in Photoshop.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human and animal anatomy, including form, proportion, and scale.
- Proficient in 3D visualizatin with a keen awareness of form, volume and angles.
- High quality standards with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritze tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
