- Provide technical and operational support and guidance to assigned LNG/LPG vessels
- Coach and develop masters, chief engineers, and direct reports ashore
- Arrange class surveys, audits, and inspections in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Coordinate with relevant shore-based resources to support the vessels
- Monitor and optimize the performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance of the LNG/LPG vessels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as international and local regulations
- Manage the budget and expenditure of the LNG/LPG vessels
- Handle emergency situations and incident investigations
- Liaise with clients, charterers, oil majors, and other stakeholders
- Train, coach, and mentor sea and shore staff in the gas operations and vetting process
- COC 1
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with LNG/LPG
- Extensive knowledge of gas operations, engineering, and consultancy
- Familiar with the latest gas technologies, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
