    INTERN, LEASING & ADMINISTRATION

    Description

    This role will be responsible to handle all administrative works for Mall Leasing department.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. To provide support to Leasing & Administration person in charge on the daily task (tenancy follow-ups, filling works and reports).
    2. To assist Leasing personnel to compile information of prospects and obtain leads data for leasing personnel to follow up)
    3. To assist in issuance of correspondences to retailers
    4. To assist Senior in performing any other duties as and when instructed from time to time.

    • Co-ordinate, track and manage the document flow between departments and signatories.

    Education

    1.min diploma level in Marketing/Business Administration/IT 2.Final year university student or recent graduate (within the last 12 months).

    Experience

    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
    Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
    Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Must be able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
