- Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound) for the SIP (Shopee International Platform) team.
- Lead transit warehouse on day-to-day operations to achieve operation KPI.
- Manage temporary staff attendance, productivity, and training, while ensuring work quality.
- Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders, including Shopee Xpress, local Seller Management team, and third-party logistics providers.
- Responsible for managing both operation and admin teams.
- Uphold the productivity of the operation team to achieve minimal to no backlogs by the end of the day.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
- Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments and stakeholders.
- Intermediate computer skills such as Excel and Google Sheet.
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly (including lunch time), overtime if required, able to work on shift when required.
- Working location : Senai, Johor.
