Responsibilities

To handle full spectrum of Account Payables and Receivables function.
To ensure all payables are recorded, pay according to terms (AP).
To ensure all receivables are recorded, receive according to terms (AR) and update all related parties promptly.
To ensure all transactions are timely, accurate and complete.
Perform bank and creditors reconciliation function.
To ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Professional qualification in accounting.
Minimum 1 year experience in handling AP or AR function.
Familiar with supplier terms and progress payment (AP).
Familiar with e-wallet, credit card merchant and partnership (AR).
Sensitive and accuracy in figures.
Good communication skill, team player and interpersonal skill.
Knowledge of full set of accounts is an added advantage.
