- Fast closing monthly preparing FS (trial balance, ledger account)
- Management FS (BS + PL)
- Local FS and tax returns (with help of outsorcing company)
- Audit of FS
- Local tax reporting (work with outsorcing company)
- B2B FMCG sales accounting
- E-com sales accounting
- Accounting in IT system other expenses (bussines trip, marketing and etc)
- Payroll calculation through an agency and reflected in accounting
- Preparation and submission of salary reports to government through agency
- Making payments
- Working with banks to open new accounts and obtain access rights
- Cash flow forecast
- Collecting debt from e-com
- Creating supporting calculations for e-com sales in Excel (PL and cash flow)
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and the basics of accounting and tax legislation in Malaysia
- Knowledge of Chinese, English at advanced level
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience in auditing companies is preferred
- Ability to manage information
