Primary Objective:
Overall responsibility in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the assigned Telesales Team
Responsible to lead the team to achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Manage the daily sales achievement of each Telesales Executive
Conduct daily sales huddle to review, share successes/best practise & plan for the day with TS Exec – ensure closure daily gaps
Ensure conversion/success rate are above i
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Minimum 1 year Sales Management experience Excellent motivational based leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in retail products and services
Extensive customer service experience and sales exposure.
