Open Position: Tax Manager (Public-Listed Organisation)

A Public-Listed organisation in Malaysia is looking for Tax Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the overall aspects of tax of entire organistion and other business subsidiaries
  
• Review company tax return and solve any findings in timely manner and ensure accurate filing for both direct and indirect tax
  
• Manage direct and indirect tax such as withholding tax, income tax (Corporate) transfer pricing reporting and documentation
  
• Woke closely with external Tax consultant and auditors in preparation of tax provisions and tax computation.
  

Key requirements include:

• Degree In Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA and etc
  
• More than 7 years of experience in tax with experiece covering both direct tax and indirect tax (service tax, sales tax etc)
  
• A team player with good communcation and leadership skills
