Description

Provide daily IT infrastructure/operations support to internal users. Provide support for Hardware, desktop/laptop applications software e.g. Microsoft Office, antivirus and etc. Network and security applications. Configuration of IT Workstation and Equipment including desktops/PCs, laptops,printer and mobile device. Manage & maintain company CCTV, door access, handpunch and telephone system. Provide prompt end-user support on ERP modules business applications. Liase with purchasing / sales personnel regarding incoming and outgoing goods. Maintain and up to date IT hardware and software inventory. Provide random audit user desktops/PC for illegal software. . Other duties as assigned by superior.
SKILL REQUIRED Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Knowledge of Windows, LAN & WAN. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be self-motivated, independent. Ability to work outside normal office hours on occasions.
