Senior Staff Specialist Factory Integration - Kulim, Malaysia - Infineon Technologies

Description

• Responsible for Project management in end to end factory integration Solution requirement management, technical specification management and design to ensure smooth transition and roll out into stable operation for Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Participate, coach and lead the global distributed sub functional team towards the right competency of ITIL processes, Agile methodology such as Agile development/Scrum approach and strictly comply to it, ensure end to end sustainable and robust solution deliverables
• Coordinating budget and resource requirement for operation and overall solution design and development
• Contribute to global factory integration Backend execution strategy and support roadmap development as well as maintain proper relationship to Global stakeholders such as FI counterparts, production customers, production key users, vendors and relevant service provider organization units

• A recognized Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent with at least 8 years working experience
• Strong solution or technical knowledge in Manufacturing Execution systems (Camstar) and relevant IT production systems
• Experience in Semiconductor and Electronic industry manufacturing processes
• Project Management, Agile development and ITIL certification would beaded advantaged
• Leading and hands-on in SDLC processes and best practice sharing
• Good knowledge in detailed strategy, roadmap and various projects planning
