    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
    • Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;
    • Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc.
    • Provide support to the litigation and corporate department as needed;
    • Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;
    • Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;
    • To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and
    • To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.

    The Profile

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field;
    • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin dialect is an advantage to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
    • Candidates must possess a good attitude, self motivated, responsible, willing to learn, able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision,
    • Candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of experience are preferred, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, comprehensive training will be provided.

The firm currently consists of 3 partners, 5 legal associates and 20 other paralegal supporting staff. All their partners have vast experience in conveyancing and corporate and 2 of the partners have been practicing for more than 22 years.
