- Knowledge in Business Continuity Management System and participate in Business Recovery.
- Responsible for QC resource Management such as IE Modeling and line balancing.
- Responsible for people management, culture attribute and performance matrix.
- Responsible for people engagement , social linkage, skip level and 1: 1 sensing talk.
- Responsible for people development through new skill sets capability setup for new product control.
- Responsible for IQC, IPQC, OQC real time inspection and engineering special buyoff.
- Responsible for Product shipping quality control include OQRM and OBA execution.
- Harmonize QC process virtual factory best practice & business process compliance.
- Manage Shop floor control such as lot traceability and lot release control.
- Manage line stop activity include purge and MRB inventory management.
- Manage quality excursions related to QC include 8D, lesson learnt and schedule roving audit.
- Lab Management , Design ergonomic workstation layout with 1 piece flow and 6S compliance.
- Equipment Management include capacity plan, new equipment capability set up, Calibration, MSA and ESD, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and Environment health and safety compliance.
- Operation cost and waste management include inventory management and delivery turnround time.
- Drive for continue improvement , eliminate manual touch points, and participate in SGA/Kaizen.
- Champion quality programmed such as Good Catch, cultivate zero quality defect mindset.
- Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities.
- Degree Holders in Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration equivalent field.
- Experienced in supervision role and with minimum 5 years or above working experience.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, lean manufacturing.
