- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-op experiences, or relevant coursework will be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
