- Assisting in overseeing daily homestay and co-living operations: Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
- Participating in personnel training: Assist in training sessions for staff members to maintain high standards of service.
- Assisting in pricing and services decisions: Contribute to discussions on pricing strategies and services offered to residents.
- Contributing to building exemplary rules of conduct: Help establish and enforce guidelines to ensure resident satisfaction and a positive living experience.
- Handling resident concerns: Assist in addressing and resolving resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in general office administrative tasks: Support the property management team with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Providing effective, quality, and prompt assistance: Offer assistance and support to residents and staff members as needed.
- Completing any other administrative tasks: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the property management team.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
