Job Description:

· Lead the creative direction and execution of graphic design projects, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity and goals.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.

· Mentor and guide junior designers in refining their design skills and adhering to design principles.

· Take ownership of complex design projects, from concept to final delivery, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including posters, banners, leaflets, signboards, packaging, and more.

· Utilize strong typography skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality visual output.

· Conduct photo shoots for various projects, ensuring the images align with the desired aesthetic.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and design best practices to contribute fresh and cutting-edge ideas.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and production, to ensure design consistency across all materials.

· Present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as needed.

· Provide insights and recommendations on visual storytelling and user experience enhancements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a relevant field.

· 5 years or more of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior role.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also actively contributing as a collaborative team member.

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

· Keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to infuse a modern and fresh perspective.

· Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
