- To work with direct superior on planning, organizing, and executing various on ground events.
- To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentations to ensure smooth operations.
- To supervise and monitor events progression.
- Responsible on efficient material sourcing.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Candidate possesses diploma, degree in Marketing, Communication Studies/Event Management or any relevant fields.
- Good leadership and time management skills.
- Team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details.
- Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
