  • ファシリティ管理(オフィス建物、移転、レイアウト変更・備品・消耗品、資産など)
  • 備品関連の管理、購買(年賀状手配・管理、名刺発注、什器備品の購入手配、リース資産管理、業者管理等)
  • 固定資産管理(会社所有の有形無形固定資産(建物付属設備、器具備品ソフトウェア等))の維持、管理
  • 諸データ入力および集計
  • 請求・契約関連のサポート業務
  • 安全衛生、防災防火関連業務
  • 来客応対など

    • 人事関連

  • 入社手続きサポート、入社資料回収・本部への郵送業務
  • 人事関連資料、用品の回収・配布業務
  • イベント企画、運営、実施
  • 候補者来訪対応など

    • ITサポート関連

  • 新入社員のPCセッティングサポート業務
  • 会議室のインターネットセッティングサポート業務

    • 求める人材:

    全日制大学卒業

    日本での総務、管理部経験4年以上(人事経験があれば尚可)

    日本語ビジネスレベル以上、中国語OR英語ビジネスレベル以上

    円滑なコミュニケーションを取り、チームワークを大切にできる方

    自ら考え、フットワーク軽く行動できる方

    状況に応じて、臨機応変な対応ができる方
