Personal Assistant (Admin Support)
Padang Jawa / Klang - Hybrid / In-Person Required
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and coordination work.
This role involves handling admin tasks, organising information, managing follow-ups and assisting with coordination when required. It is suited for someone reliable, efficient and comfortable working in a structured but fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Managing spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
Drafting and replying to emails
Organising documents and tracking task progress
Following up with clients, vendors and partners
Assisting with scheduling and coordination
Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

You will be working closely with someone who is:

Requirements
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently without close supervision
Punctual and responsible
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Fluent in English and Malay
Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred due to client communication needs
Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome to apply if capable and willing to learn.
Additional Requirements
Must have own transport
Must be able to drive
Ability to drive manual transmission is an advantage
Comfortable with hybrid / in-person work
Working Arrangement
Work schedule is flexible depending on operational needs.
Availability and responsiveness during office hours are required.
Work location: In-person / hybrid.
Office is located in Padang Jawa / Klang town.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (based on capability)
Performance bonus available
Event allowance (when involved in events)
Phone bill allowance
Commission opportunities available
Salary review after 3 months.
Based on performance and capability, salary may be increased up to RM3,000.
